

The idea behind our pizzeria
Fresh and locally grown ingredients are the soul of our restaurant. At Metsäkettu's pizzeria, almost all ingredients come from producers as close as possible and from our own farm. Our dream is that in the future almost all ingredients would come from the fields and forests of our own farm, in the middle of which the pizzeria is located. Our menu changes according to the season and availability. We always try to update the menu to be up-to-date at least 4 days before the next pop-up. Therefore, when making reservation, only the pizza dough is reserved. You can choose which pizza you want to enjoy when you arrive at our restaurant.
Pizzas
Pizzas can be made gluten-free (*) for an additional charge of +4€. We make the gluten-free bases ourselves. All dairy products we use are lactose-free. All pizzas can also be made dairy-free, and because of that, vegetarian pizzas can be made completely vegan. It is a good idea to inform us about special diets and allergies at least 24 hours before the pop-up event. Especially about the need for a gluten-free base, because the preparation of the gluten-free base starts 24 hours before the pop-up day.
